Ram Kumar Tittal is Assistant Professor in Organic Chemistry in the Department of Chemistry of National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra, Haryana (India). He has expertise in organic synthesis for the development of biologically important molecules. He has investigated the mechanism and behaviour of radical generated under transition metal-mediated reactions of trichloromethyl organic substrates. He has started investigating the negative results of research work and wealth of outcomes attained. His research work focuses on sustainable product and processes. Recently, his research field gave room for the interdisciplinary approach for the sustainable development of biomolecules and high energy materials (HEMs). He has published several research papers in reputed international journals. He has produced 2 Ph.D. and mentoring other 3 research scholars. He is a recipient of several awards like Special Prize in the Dr K. B. Lal Memorial Chemistry contest, DEI, Dayalbagh Agra (India), recipient of SRF and JRF at Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India. He has 11 years of teaching and 17 years of research experience. He is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry, National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, Haryana (India).
